How To Commission
From announcement to ordering.
1️⃣ Announcement
I announce the opening for my commissions on my social media. You can find links to all my social platforms on the Gallery page. NOT first come first serve.
2️ ⃣ Application
After the announcement, you'll be able to visit the application form and send in your commission request.
3️⃣ Confirmation & Waiting
I will select all individual clients that I have picked and add them to the Trello waiting list that you can find here.
4️⃣ Commission
When I'm ready to start working on your request, I will reach out to you for payment and further details.
Beware of scammers!
Always double-check the artist's profile and contact info before transferring your payment!

I send and receive payments through PayPal invoice.

All prices are in USD. PayPal supports automatic currency exchange if you are using other currencies.

Full payment must be provided before I start working on your request. You can break up the payment into segments (50%50), but this will include the PayPal transaction tax on top of the commission price.

📋 What I Need Before I Start Drawing

At least 1 visual reference from you.

Description of all the details that you want me to include in the drawing.

Your email for PayPal payments. This email will also be used to send you the final full-res image.
🖋️ Edits
-
You will receive a preview of the drawing at the sketch stage. I am able to provide up to 3 edits/alterations of the sketch before I move on to coloring and rendering.

Additional edits after the free ones will be charged $10 in the sketch stage and 20% of the commission price after the sketch stage. This does not include genuine mistakes from my side (like earrings, spots on the body etc), those will be fixed for free.

I will not go back and do any edits/versions once the work is completed and approved.
🔃 Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if I cannot provide/finish the artwork for any given reason.

The refund does not include PayPal’s transaction fee.
⏱️ Time and Delivery

Estimated commission time: 2-21 days depending on request complexity.

You will receive a full-resolution digital artwork in any common file format (.png / .jpg). The source file is not included (.psd / .procreate).
Delivery time may vary depending on my health condition. I have some health issues that are outside of my control at the moment, but I do my best to finish your request within the given delivery frames.
🖋️ Usage of Product

You have the right to use the final digital image for personal use (i.e. print it for yourself, online display, etc).

You MAY NOT resell the image to third parties (i.e. make prints or merchandise from my artwork for sale, or resell the original digital image for money, building a commercial brand) unless the work is charged for commercial use.

I reserve the right to post your finished commission on my social media. You can ask to remain anonymous.

If you would like to order a completely private commission that I don't post on my socials, please let me know in advance. This will cost extra.
